Can a Kia Rio tow a caravan?
The Kia Rio is one of the smaller vehicles in the Kia range. It's got a much lower towing capacity than the Sportage and Sorrentos meaning it is more suitable to pulling light tourers and trailer tents than a traditional caravan or horse trailers. Out of all the cars in the small tow car category you can't go too far wrong with the Rio. In the 'What Car?' road test that they carried out as part of the review, the judge was very impressed. They tested the 1.4 diesel model and said that "Everything was very controlled – simple, effective and undramatic" which is a nice summary of this car. It's not fancy, its not a head turner but it does its job well.
